"Toss Ten Tuesday" . . .

Well it's actually Friday but then if I actually posted this on time you all would think there is something wrong with me . . . LOL

There is so much going on in my life right now that I had to actually force myself to go and find 10 things to toss on Tuesday but that will NOT be the case for the next several months as we found out a couple of weeks ago that the beautiful brand new home that we have been renting for the last 2 years is going into foreclosure, so rest assured my friends . . . I will be tossing during the packing process!!!!!!

So here the items are,

They are very hard to distinguish here and had I known that I probably would have retaken the pictures. Basically I tossed 8 purses, a jean jacket from the Rivera in Las Vegas and a really cool beach themed oil decanter along with it's four dipping dishes. 

You will see that I actually had two of these oil decanters with their dipping dishes, as that is what the chef looking thing in the left hand corner is as well. I don't ever use them so I figured tossing one of them was a good idea!! GOD knows that the last thing I need is bread let a lone dipped in oil.....

Doesn't it amaze you how many people actually follow and read your blog but NEVER make a comment? I wonder why that is? Just something that makes me go hmmmmmm...........

Behind on "Toss Ten Tuesday's" . . .

OK, so at the beginning of the year I committed to toss at least 10 things the first Tuesday of every month which I have done faithfully (of course it's only been 3 months). I posted and blogged about Jan here.

What I haven't done is keep up with posting my tosses here on the blog! I have however captured it all by camera!!

Here is February's...

 

For some odd reason, I have focused on the kitchen first. Was able to meet the quota in one cabinet alone! How on earth do we accumulate all this stuff?? I *LOVE* this project/challenge as it has forced me to get rid of stuff that we don't even use...

And here is March...

 

At some point I had this crazy idea to collect decanters. I would pick them up here and there at thrift stores but have decided that I need to let them go . . .

So there are (1-5) 5 decanters, (6) some wire hangers (these seem to accumulate from the cleaners throughout the month) (7&8) a couple of rags that I just hate, (9) Miracle whip that expired back in 2007 . . . YUCK!!! And another snag from when I had my very own thrift store, (10) the salt and pepper shakers simulating old faucets ; }

 ***By the way my dining room table here in the picture, was handmade back in the early 1800's***
